The Charlotte County Parliamentarians Unit (CCPU) is a constituent division of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP), and affiliated with the Florida State Association of Parliamentarians (FSAP).
CCPU is a teaching unit with classes for beginners and advanced students interested in Robert’s Rules of Order and parliamentary procedure.
President’s message:
Our unit is moving beyond traditional in-person meetings, mastering how to conduct effective gatherings in an online environment. We are exploring the special rules of order needed for virtual meetings and learning how to make them both practical and productive, while maintaining sound parliamentary practice.
At the same time, we continue to strengthen our knowledge of standard parliamentary procedure through engaging discussions and our educational program at every meeting.
